Door-to-door campaign launched for Bhalla

JAMMU, Apr 8: Senior vice president of J&K Pradesh Congress Committee Mula Ram, along with Hari Singh Chib, JKPCC vice president and Uday Bhanu Chib, former president of J&K Youth Congress, spearheaded a series of Mohalla-wise meetings today in the Jammu North Assembly Segment in support of party candidate Raman Bhalla.
The meetings commenced from Lakkar Mandi followed by Muthi and Purkhu, witnessing enthusiastic participation from residents and party workers. Mula Ram, Hari Singh Chib and Uday Chib addressed the gatherings, highlighting the Congress party’s commitment to inclusive development, social justice and upholding the democratic values of the nation.
Speaking at the meetings, Mula Ram said that the people have awakened against the divisive policies of the BJP and the Congress party has taken the lead to fight against the tyrannical regime of the BJP. He emphasized the fact that the BJP stands exposed before the people on various fronts, with their policies that have been divisive and detrimental to the welfare of the citizens. The Congress party, he said, is committed to fighting against these divisive policies and ensuring the inclusion and development of all sections of the society.
Mula Ram urged the gathering to come together and support the Congress candidate Raman Bhalla for the Jammu- Reasi Lok Sabha seat. He stated that Raman Bhalla is a leader of integrity, experience, and determination, who has worked tirelessly for the people of Jammu- Reasi. His vision for sustainable development, job creation, and equal opportunities for all is in line with the values of the Congress party.
Hari Singh Chib, in his address, claimed that both Lok Sabha seats of Jammu and Udhampur will be pocketed by the Congress party with thumping majority. He said that the people of the country have made up their mind to bring about change at the Centre, and the Modi Government will be ousted. He said that the Congress party, along with its allies, will form the Government under the banner of INDIA bloc.
Uday Chib asserted that the Congress party has consistently spoken against this injustice, and will continue to fight for transparency and accountability in the political funding systems of the country.
