Cong leader, social activist with supporters join BJP

JAMMU, May 30: Prominent Congress leader, Lambardar, Rajindra Kumar from Khawaskhan Dharp Panchayat and social activist, Dr. Varinder Singh Sambyal from Ekta Vihar along with his supporters joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under the leadership of BJP State president, Ravindra Raina and Deputy Mayor, Jammu Baldev Singh Billawaria here at Dharp in RS Pura-Jammu South constituency.
BJP State president, Ravinder Raina while welcoming new entrants informed Lambardar Rajindra Kumar and social activist, Dr. Varinder Singh Sambyal’s entry into the party will boost the morale of the BJP cadre and help us to take the policies of Government to the grass root level. He said that Lambardar, Rajindra Kumar and Dr. Varinder Singh Sambyal are always ready to help the common people. He said that every worker of the party works with the principle of the nation first in mind and the Prime Minister has himself established the highest benchmark of serving the society and the nation selflessly.
Raina also welcomed the prominent persons for their decision to join the party, saying “the BJP has always acted as a family that respects everybody and cares for everyone”. He said the party has always kept its arms open for those who want to serve the nation and society. Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Mayor Jammu, Baldev Singh Billawaria said that Lambardar Rajindra Kumar and Dr. Varinder Singh Sambyal’s entry into the party fold will boost the morale of the youth. He said that due to its selfless policies, the party is increasing its mass base across the country day by day. Deputy Mayor Jammu, while welcoming the new entrants claimed that the people are coming forward in increasing numbers to join the BJP and strengthen the hands of Narendra Modi due to the public-friendly decisions taken by the Prime Minister.
He said that the way people’s inclination towards BJP is continuously increasing. They have full faith that once again in 2024 Modi Government will be formed. On the occasion, Lambardar, Rajindra Kumar said that impressed by the policies of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi I joined BJP to bring change in Khawaskhan Darp Panchayat area.
Mandal president, Ranjit Singh, Harbans Chaudhary, Rakesh Sangral, Jugal Kishore, Sohan Singh (Sonu), Sham Lal, Suresh Motan, Sanjeev Kumar, Gardari Lal and others were present on the occasion.
