JAMMU, Nov 11: The annual congregation of Kesar Biradari will be held on November 13 at Devsthan Kurwanda (Kot Bhalwal) in Jammu.
The function will start at 10 AM with Hawan-Poojan and it will be followed by distribution of Prasad and bhandara at 1:30 PM.
