JAMMU, Apr 21: The annual congregation of Dubey Biradari will be held on April 23 at Datta Temple in village Salmeri in Samba district.
The programme will commence at 9 AM with Havan-Pooja and conclude with Puran Ahuti at 11 AM. Bhandara will start from 1 PM onwards.
