JAMMU, Apr 9: Bi-annual congregation of Khajuria Biradari is being held on April 13, 2016 at the temple of Bawa Sidh Ji Maharaj, Rajpura Magotrian, Jammu (Opposite Ambedkar School) near Municipal Park.
According to Biradari president R C Khajuria the function will start with holding of Havan, Kirtan, Kanya Pujan and other rituals. Puran Ahuti will be peformed at 10:00 am, followed by Bhandara. Organizers have extended an open invitation to all Biradari members to participate and get invoked blessings of the deity.
Another congregation of Khajuria Biradari is being held at Meen Charka near Bari Brahmana (Samba district) on April 14, 2016. Hawan/prayers will be held from 8 am to 10 am, Bhandara from 11 am to 4 pm, Bhajan/Kirtan from 4 pm to 5 pm and vote of thanks from 5pm to 5:30 pm. All Biradari members have been appealed to participate.
The annual congregation of Nanda Biradari is going to be held on April 17, 2016 at Dewan Mandir, Paca Danga Jammu. Hawan will start at 10:30 am, followed by Langar at 11:30 am. All Nanda Biradari members have been asked to participate and invoke blessings of the deity.
