JAMMU, Apr 6: Pradesh Mahila Congress (PMC) today said that Congress has always stood for secular values and given respect to each Indian soul while NDA has only given ‘Jumle Bazi’.
Addressing a series of election meetings and rallies at Doda Basti, Belicharana, Satwari and Mandal Phallian in favour of Congress candidate in Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha Constituency, Raman Bhalla, Indu Pawar, president of Pradesh Mahila Congress (PMC), J&K, said that Congress is the only party which can insure unity in diversity.
“NDA has only given ‘Jumle Bazi’ and un-kept promises in its rule where as Congress has always stood for unity, integrity of the country, equal development of all sections of the society and providing employment at all times,” Pawar maintained.
She said, “Congress Manifesto released by party president Rahul Gandhi is most practicable and its implementation will outdo the mess created by NDA Government, which didn’t fulfill the promises made to public. “In Congress manifesto there is provision for each and every section of our society, may it be unemployment allowance, better treatment to personnel of security Forces, political reservation of 33% for women, better education and health policies for all.
Pawar appealed public to have faith in Congress and the change will be felt by everyone if the party is brought back in power. “The success of Raman Bhalla in the election will ensure representation of problems regarding development, security etc. at national level and their solution,” the PMC leader said.
