Congress candidate intensifies door to door campaign

BILLAWAR, Dec 11: Senior Congress leader and Minister of State for Finance, IT, Stationery and ARI  Dr  Manohar Lal Sharma conducted a door to door campaign in the Billawar Constituency accompanied by a large number of party leaders, workers and prominent persons of the locality.
During the campaign, Manohar Lal gave a patient hearing to local problems while holding interaction with the people irrespective of caste, creed, culture, religion or profession. He assured that he has already enlisted local issues in his agenda and his focus will be to address all their problems from the day one he is elected to the Assembly. The people met Manohar Lal cheerfully with great enthusiasm and respect and promised their full support to make certain his success in the upcoming Assembly elections.
He also addressed series of meetings at Alla Tripda, Chadu, Sanana Chora, Kalda, Dandian, Martian, Bani and Kadarnoo Panchayat, which were largely attended by the local villagers besides Congress leaders and workers and reiterated that he will leave no stone unturned in carrying out the developmental works to ensure villages and towns till Billawar constituency is developed and becomes prosperous.
In yet another meeting organized with the people he listened to their grievances during interactions, the major problem faced by them being accumulation of drainage water due to improper drainage system which results in collection of waste water leading to unhealthy environment and assured them that their problems shall be redressed immediately.
He exhorted Billawar people to vote him and promised to develop model Billawar constituency.
