JAMMU, Oct 27: Bahu Fort Development Committee (BFDC) has reiterated its stand for constitution of Shrine Board for Mata Maha Kali Temple, Bahu Fort.
A meeting of BFDC was organized by Sukhwinder Kumar, incharge of village Kadyal, RS Pura Unit, in which Rajeev Charak, president was the chief guest. Hardesh Kumar Khokher, vice president, Ishant Gupta, spokesman and Naresh Kumar, secretary was the guest of honours.
While speaking Charak said that they will continue with their agitation unless Government and Governor fulfilled their demand of constituting Shrine Board/Local Board for Mata Maha Kali Temple Bahu Fort.
Government should issue white paper and give reason why they are hesitating to constitute Shrine Board/Local Board for Mata Maha Kali Temple Bahu Fort Jammu, despite constituting Board for Mata Bala Sundari and also for Mata Sukrala, he added.
Hardesh Kumar Khokher appealed the Government to constitute Shrine Board/Local Board for Mata Maha Kali Temple Bahu Fort at the earliest.
Dhaian Singh, president, Durga Mandir Kadya, RS Pura Sukhwinder Kumar, Balbir Kumar, Santosh Kumari, Garo Devi, Soma Devi, Seema, Darshna, Daljeet Kaur and Satya Devi were also present.
