KISHTWAR, June 10: Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh paid visit to recently set up camp at Potato Farm between Sinthen and Chingam.
He was accompanied by DIG DKR Range Bhim Sen Tuti and SSP Kishtwar Shakti Kumar Pathak.
DGP interacted with the Army and police personnel and gave a motivational briefing to them for CI ops.
DGP alongwith other officers visited Inshan valley, where he interacted with the public. He listened to their grievances and assured redressal.
Singh also paid visit to Police Station Warwan and Marwah where he interacted with jawans and other manpower deployed there. He impressed upon them to remain alert and continue their best efforts for keeping the area peaceful and militancy free.
DGP also took stock of the preparedness for the attestation-cum-passing out parade of DySPs, PSIs and women constables at Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur. He interacted with the officer trainees and women constables.
While taking stock of preparations, the DGP visited various areas in the campus along with Director Suleman Salaria and other officers. He impressed upon them to make the passing out parade a memorable event.
