The author has done a good job by bringing into focus the contribution made of women of the world, particularly India. This underscores the fact that women do not lag behind men in any field provided they are provided a chance to excel.
In this context, it may be said that stress should be laid on education of women. There should be no constraints which may affect their forward march and empowerment and to live an independent and dignified life.
No field of life has been left where women do not participate. From agriculture to airforce they contribute their bit without asking for any relief or sympathy.
They have the potential to provide effective leadership to run home or country.
They need not be discriminated on any count.
