Copper remains up on increased industrial demand

NEW DELHI, Nov 16:  Copper prices rose by another Rs 2 per kg on local non-ferrous base metals market today on increased industrial demand.
Marketmen said increased industrial demand and reports of a firming global trend mainly kept copper prices remain firm.
In the national capital, copper mixed scrap added Rs 2 to Rs 438 per kg.
The following are today’s metal rates per kg:
Zinc ingot 117-123, nickel plate (4×4) 1,057-1,058 gun metal scrap 227, bell metal scrap 229, copper mixed scrap 438,chadri deshi 285.
Lead ingot 146,lead imported 144, aluminium ingots 152, Aluminium sheet cutting 153, aluminium wire scrap 155 and aluminium utensils scrap 152. (PTI)
