No one had thought that the world can be locked and shut down for this long. Never did the administration and the government feel helpless before like this. Not even in the dreads of the dreams one could get the nightmare of the complete shut down because of a micro-orgasm to a size of a 0.6 to 0.14 microns.
Corona Virus 19 popularly called as Co-Vid-19 is the latest dangerous version of all the micro-orgasms which were responsible for the epidemics of the lesser severe nature before. The world has had the epidemics in form of wide spread of plague in 1348-1350 caused by bacteria from rodents; rabies in form of Virus from dogs in 1980’s but never confronted an onslaught of the Corona-Virus that causes disease in mammals and humans in particular and the birds to some extent as per data available.
Corona-Virus is family of Viruses grouped together and available in various geometrical shapes, the common shapes being club, Single stranded , helical and enveloped. Co-Vid-19 is a single stranded geometrical shaped virus whose mention is there in countries which have advance know how of Nuclear, Biological and chemical warfare commonly abbreviated and known as NBC warfare in military terms.
NBC warfare is the most deadly, dangerous incapacitating type of warfare amongst the available forms of causing low inflicting insurgencies, conventional and psychological warfare’s. Because of its dangerous nature which can wipe off the human traces and certain other form of species from our planet earth, it is always under the strict UN scanner.
Even being under scanner for some it does not prevent countries having the NBC infra structure and secret laboratories and the covered nuclear stations to develop dangerous nuclear , chemical and biological weapons in guise of self defence and nationalism. Nor does it stop the interested and ambitious nations to develop it to an extent where chemical like mustard, serine and other various chemicals gases form of agents and Gases causing is wide spread harm to the troops ground in particular and not sparing the civil population too in the vicinity. It also encourages the smaller and threatened nation of the world to develop certain nuclear, chemical and bio-agents as low cast defence weapons in their biological laboratories. Some of these micro orgasms in past have done damage to the humans as an epidemic which are the potential chemical and bio agents other than the new and tested developed bio agents in form of bacteria, viruses rickettsiae and fungi’s the most popular micro-orgasms families to cause widespread human devastation. Corona virus is one of the family amongst family of Hantavirus, papillomavirus, retrovirus, herpesuirus, filovirus, Adenovirus, Bunya virus viruses agents commonly available as potential Biological warfare bio agents.
Co-Vid-19 as a Bio-agent finds reference in certain countries NBC literature as a tried, could be tried or a potential weapon and biological agent, which can be unleashed anytime to destroy and incapacitate the fighting troops and make them ineffective in the battlefield. Incapacitation causes more economical black lashes in form of effected nations spending more on countering the effects by forcing to gear up their system in form of spending on hospitalization, treatments and intensive care of troops as compared to high cost conventional warfare deaths. Incapacitation causes more complications than the sudden deaths in form of lock down to prevent spread of infection or the illness caused by the Bio-agent.
How to tackle such catastrophic epidemics become pain for any administration, Armed Forces and the government of the nation?
Someone from the foreign Army mentioned to me some years back that the Indians do not have the Psyche of fighting. Our defence forces are not geared up to use and recycle the defence technologies for in fighting wars unlike system of advance countries where defence technologies have given birth to civil conveniences and necessities.
Nuclear, Biological and chemical warfare is not a only a major weapon with the strong nations as low cost aggressive assault warfare in comparison to costly conventional warfare but also a peace time epidemic controllers, like the situation which we are facing now for last few months.
The same agents which pose deadly threat inform of wide spread infections, deformation of bodies, blisters, rashes, allergy, asphyxiation, brain damages and depressions in form of warfare have the containment remedies to get their armies and civil population get rid of the devastation in form of medicines and temporary precautionary measures .
Russia, China, USA,UK, Iran have active NBC organizations which can come out with vaccinations for this type of epidemic, as the same Covid-19 finds a mention in literature of these nations, other than Germany, France, Japan and Italy where it exists in passive form owing to restrictions on productions of NBC agents.
This type of NBC organisation are the best organizational structures advocated by the author and some able leaders like Smt Sonia Gandhi , which can find answers to the solutions in epidemics like this caused by potential Bio-agent like Co-Vid-19 Virus a laboratory researched and developed virus to be qualified as Bio-agent.
It is advocated that the Indian Government forms and fund a NBC organization under Armed Forces General comprising of doctors and Bio-tech Pharmaceutical companies to tackle the counters for all potential present and future NBC agents to help the fighting Armed Forces as well the civil in peace time contingencies and in parallel suggest remedies and come out with vaccination answers for other possible micro-orgasm infection spreads like Co-Vid-19 Virus of today.
It is wiser to spend on counter NBC warfare in new form then to let the Bio-agent cause epidemics or natural Biological infections caused by micro orgasms takes it human, social and economical toll thereby causing more damage to nations human resources , social fabric and to large extent the nation’s economy as in the present case where we end up spending a major chunk of nations budgetary funds for the temporary containment and permanent cure in form of counter vaccinations for eradication of same at the time when it occurs like this in a spell of unforeseen unorganized crisis management .
