JAMMU, Feb 11: CoRover, a fast growing Startup based at Bangalore and founded by son of the soil, Ankush Sabharwal, has won the Best Mobile App Platinum Award in the social/travel category on BestMobileAppAwards.com.
CoRover connects CoPassenegers and offers many travel related features. The company has also been selected in DERBI Foundation, an incubator supported by Government of India. This is a major milestone which will help CoRover to reach new heights with the focused and hands-on support of various serial entrepreneurs and respected technologists. CoRover has also been selected by a Startup accelerator in New York, US.
It is a private limited company and has shifted his office recently to DERBI campus near Electronics city, Bangalore (India). DERBI has some stake of the company, percentage not yet disclosed.
CoRover has also entered into B2B space by offering SDK for Internet and Internet-Less chat, so that any other App can readily integrate the CoRover’s chat module. The SDK has many features including Group Chat, Private Chat, Internet-Less Chat, etc.
The company has invented a unique and very beneficial technology where users can chat even without internet – in private as well as in group, without paying to the mobile/data operators.
CoRover has many prestigious clients in pipeline across the globe, especially travel related companies – which are currently involved at different stages. The customer base of existing award winning B2C mobile app is also increasing day by day. The company is also featured in prestigious global media like Fox, NBC, Digital Journal, abc, AOL, Google News, Yahoo News, etc.
