JAMMU, Aug 5: Corporator of Ward Number 7, Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Ritu Choudhary today met Divisional Commissioner Jammu Dr Raghav Langar and submitted a memorandum of demands to him.
In the memorandum, Ritu Choudyary highlighted several demands and burning issues of the common masses of the Ward number 7. The demands included installation of new electric poles, change of wires and feeder lines, installation of new hand pumps and repair of the old ones.
Besides, the Corporator laid stress on swift implementation of all the plans under the smart city project in the Ward so that it becomes a model ward.
Dr Raghav Langar gave a patient hearing to the Corporator and assured him that he will look into the demands highlighted in the memorandum and try to fulfill the demands as soon as possible.
