JAMMU, Dec 7: Corporators of Jammu city have demanded action against Prof Tajudin for his alleged remark against the great freedom fighter Bhagat Singh.
A delegation of Corporators including Narotam Sharma, Anil Masoom and Anita Sharma here today met the Vice Chancellor (VC) of University of Jammu, Prof Manoj Dhar and submitted him a memorandum in this regard.
The Corporators have demanded a high level probe against Tajudin who in a viral video could be seen telling his students that Bhagat Singh was a ‘terrorist’.
The Corporators said that this is unacceptable in the institute that celebrates martyr day of Bhagat Singh in the campus and in the same institute people like Tajudin spread hatred against great freedom fighters and national heroes.
The Corporators demanded a probe in this regard by a retired High Court Judge within a shortest possible time.
