This refers to the news item, “No question of isolating Khurshid within the Govt” (DE Dated Oct 16, 2012). Every intelligent and honest Indian knows that India is being ruled by a group of corrupt politicians. How can they isolate any one of their group ?
So far as NGOs are concerned, most of them have been established for obtaining funds from the Govt. More than eighty percent of amount provided by the Govt in the shape of grant-in-aid is siphoned off, and this fact is well know to the authorities sanctioning the grants-in-aid. The persons absociated with the process of sanctioning grant-in-aid also get their due share as commission up to, generally two to three percent, of the entire sanctioned amount.
