UDHAMPUR, Jan 2: A labourer couple from Madhya Pradesh sustained burn injuries when a kerosene lamp accidentally fell on them, last night.
The victims, identified as Santosh Devi and her husband Rohit Kumar, presently putting up at Sailan Talab, were rushed to District Hospital where doctors referred them to GMC Hospital Jammu this morning.
The incident took place when Santosh Devi was cooking food and kerosene lamp fell on her. While attempting to save his wife from the fire flames, Rohit Kumar also sustained burn injuries.
