UDHAMPUR, Dec 11: Additional Special Magistrate Udhampur has directed Dy SP (Headquarters) to conduct an enquiry into the allegations labeled by Principal Higher Secondary School Pancheri against Chief Education Officer (CEO) Udhampur.
This direction was given on a petition filed by Principal HSS Pancheri Pawan Kumar Singh in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Udhampur. In the petition, the Principal has sought investigation and registration of case against the CEO Udhampur Balbir Singh for allegedly playing with Government records to harass him on one pretext or other and also abusing his official position.
After recording statement of the complainant, Additional Special Magistrate directed the Dy SP (Headquarters) to conduct an enquiry in terms of Section 202 of CrPC and submit the report on or before December 29, 2014.
