JAMMU, July 23: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, Kartar Singh today awarded 2 years Rigorous Imprisonment and fine of Rs 10,000 to two Bangladeshis, who were facing trial under Foreigner Act.
The convicted Bangladeshis are Shah Din, son of Sayed Maqbool and Nizam-ud-Din, son of Asdar Ali. They had entered India without any valid permission and were arrested at Malpur near Akhnoor on December 1, 2011.
