JAMMU, Nov 1: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court, Y P Kotwal today awarded one year RI and fine of Rs 10,000 to one Prabhjit Singh, who was facing trial in molestation case.
While awarding the sentence, Presiding Officer Fast Track Court observed that the prosecution has proved the case beyond doubt and that the accused has committed the offence under Section 354 RPC.
