Court denies bail in attempt to murder case

JAMMU, Oct 4: The 2nd Additional Munsiff Court Jammu Madhu Sharma rejected the bail application of hardcore criminals involved in attempt to murder case.
The accused persons were involved in a case registered under FIR Number 298/18 under Section 307, 353, 332, 382, 147, 148, 149, 120-B and 4/25 Arms Act with Police Station Domana.
The counsel for accused persons Advocate Deepika Singh Rajawat contended that the accused persons were arrested by a team of Police Station Domana in a false and frivolous case and as such accused persons namely Sunil Kumar and Gagan Kumar may be released on bail.
On the other side, the Police Prosecuting Officer Nawed Anjum appearing on behalf of the state objected the bail application and argued that the application and argued that the offences committed by the accused persons are non-bailable, serious and heinous in nature and as such the accused persons can not claim bail as a matter of right and if the accused persons are released on bail at this stage, they many hamper the investigation and temper with the prosecuting evidence.
After hearing both the sides, 2nd Additional Munsiff Court Jammu Madhu Sharma rejected the bail application of the accused persons.
