JAMMU, Jan 12: Presiding Officer Fast Track Court Kishore Kumar today rejected the bail application of Hardeep Tangotra, who was allegedly involved in Akhnoor sex scandal.
After hearing APP Sarwesh Kumar appearing for the State, Presiding Officer Fast Track Court observed, “accused has been arrested for the commission of offence under Sections 363/376 RPC and the investigation is at the initial stage”, adding “since the petitioner stands arrested for a very heinous offence as such he does not deserve bail at this stage”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
