JAMMU, Sept 30: 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Srinagar Vijay Singh Manhas has rejected the bail application of Santosh Kumar Poswan, son of Sachdev Poswan of Bihar, who was allegedly involved in kidnapping and rape of minor.
According to the police case, on September 1, 2016 a complaint was lodged that a 14 years old girl was allegedly abducted by Santosh Kumar. During investigation, the girl was recovered from the accused from the area under the jurisdiction of Police Station Budgam.
