JAMMU, Mar 24: Special Municipal Mobile Magistrate Jammu M R Chak today rejected the bail application of Supreet Singh, Raja who was allegedly involved in shoot-out at Exchange Road.
After hearing CPO Javid Ahmed Khawaja with Senior PO Anil Dev Jamwal appearing for the State, the court observed, “we are living in civilized society and in order to have an orderly society, there must be deterrence so that such kind of incidents never takes place in busy markets or thoroughfare”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
