JAMMU, Feb 17: Railway Magistrate Sandeep Gandotra today rejected the bail applications of eight notorious thieves namely Kala, Lohu, Bagh Ali, Hussain Ali @ Mangal, Lalu, Hanif, Zakir and Saaru, who were involved in so many cases.
After hearing PO Yogesh Nagpal appearing for the State, Railway Magistrate observed, “keeping in view the gravity of offence in these two FIRs and also the fact that the accused persons are habitual offenders they cannot be granted bail”.
