JAMMU, Mar 4: 3rd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, Kishore Kumar has rejected the bail application of Kapoor Raj, son of Thoru Ram of Pura Chak, who was facing trial in rape case.
After hearing APP Sarwesh Gupta for the State, who strongly opposed the bail application, the court keeping in view the nature and seriousness of the charge rejected the bail application.
