JAMMU, Nov 1: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal today directed SHO Police Station Janipur to register a case on the basis of a complaint received from the Court of 3rd Additional Munsiff with regard to missing of court files.
In the complaint, clerk Ashwani Raina has submitted that on October 25, 2012 when he was setting the files as per the dates, he went to the Nazir room for want of some blank green papers. When he returned to his table he found bundle of files and leather bag containing personal documents, lunch box, pens and tags missing.
Accordingly, he informed Nazir and tried his level best to trace the files but all in vain.
