JAMMU, Oct 15: Additional Sessions Judge Anticorruption Doda, Kikar Singh Parihar today directed the State Vigilance Organization (SVO) to file latest status report in the Ganpat Bridge scam.
The direction was passed in a complaint filed by Dr Rehmatullah Khora seeking directions to Vigilance Organization for submitting latest status report in the FIR No 15/2011. The complainant also prayed before the court to monitor the investigation of the FIR till the same gets completed and charge-sheet is presented against the accused.
After hearing Advocate Imtiyaz Hashmi appearing for the complainant, Additional Sessions Judge Anticorruption Doda, Kikar Singh Parihar directed SSP Vigilance to file status report.
