JAMMU, Nov 28: Principal Sessions Judge Bhaderwah, M K Sharma today fixed December 3 for framing of charges against encounter specialist Sub-Inspector Shiv Krishan Sharma and eight other persons.
“Prima-facie offences under Section 307/120-B/109/201 RPC, 7/25 Arms Act, 4 Explosive Substance Act and 3 PSS Act are disclosed against all the accused namely Shiv Krishan Sharma Sub Inspector (encounter specialist), his PSO Mohd Ayub, labourers namely Abdul Rashid alias Abdullah, son of Mohammad Iqbal Hargah of Tanta, Akhter Hussain, son of Showkat Ali Magray of Tanta, Mohammad Rafi, son of Mohammad Ibrahim of Patnazi, Bounjwah, Altaf Hussain, son of Nazir Ahmad of Joura, Mohammad Yaqoob, son of Fateh Mohammad of Bathree and Arshad Ahmed, son of Abdul Rehman Mir”, the Court said while fixing December 3 for framing of charges against them.
These accused persons have been booked for attack on Police Station Thathri.
