JAMMU, Apr 19: Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu, Puneet Gupta granted interim bail to Raman Kumar and Sneh Kumar Bhagat, both Assistant Superintendents, who were allegedly involved in 12th class examination scam.
After hearing Advocates Aseem Sawhney and Pranav Kohli for the accused persons, Special Judge Anticorruption observed, “the accused were in custody since long time and there was ample time for investigating agency to investigate the accused”.
Accordingly, the court granted interim bail to the both the accused till April 24, 2014 with the direction that they shall furnish bail and personal bonds to the tune of Rs 50,000 each.
