JAMMU, July 19: In a complaint filed by Ch Nagar Singh against the member of SIT, Special Municipal Magistrate, Jammu, V S Bhou today issued directions for verification of the Compact Disc (CD).
“The foundation of the complaint is based on the allegation emanating from the alleged Compact Disc, therefore, it is imperative to get the Compact Disc verified regarding its authenticity and this has necessitated to take voice and image sample of complainant Nagar Singh and members of the SIT, who have been arrayed as accused in the complaint, for comparing the same with the voice and image samples displayed in the CD”, Special Municipal Magistrate said.
The Court directed Director CFSL to intimate what is the requisite fee to be deposited for analysis of voice and image samples and entitlement of the expert whether by train or by air journey from Chandigarh to Jammu and boarding and lodging expenses to be incurred, on or before July 28, 2012 which will be borne by complainant.
In the meantime, presence of complainant and members of the SIT was dispensed with till further orders.
