JAMMU, Aug 22: CJM Jammu, Jatinder Singh Jamwal has rejected the bail application of Mohd Yousaf Wani, son of Abdul Ahad Wani of Kunzar Tangmarg, who was allegedly involved in fabrication of fake appointment orders.
After hearing Chief Prosecuting Officer Harminder Singh for the State, CJM observed, “the investigation of the case is still in progress and many facts of crucial significance are still to be unearthed”, adding “none of the other accused persons has been arrested so far. The matter involving public interest can hardly be over emphasized”.
With these observations, Court dismissed the bail application.
