JAMMU, July 25: Principal Sessions Judge Ramban, Mohd Akram Choudhary today rejected the bail application of Mohd Aslam, who was involved in the rape case.
After hearing both the sides, Principal Sessions Judge observed, “the accused is yet to be charge-sheeted in the case. The accused is involved in grave and heinous offence which attracts stringent punishment”, adding “the accused if enlarged on bail may tamper with the prosecution evidence”.
With these observations, Court rejected the bail application of the accused.
