JAMMU, Nov 24: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, R S Jain today upheld the imprisonment of Sarfraz Choudhary and Sunil Kumar, who looted the people on the name of job.
After hearing both the sides, Principal Sessions Judge observed, “this court finds no reason to intervene in the impugned judgment of Trial Court in so far as finding the appellants Sarfraz Chaudhary and Sunil Kumar guilty”.
“The finding reached by the trial court after appreciating the evidence on record in holding the appellants guilty of offence under Sections 419/420 RPC cannot be faulted with. For these reasons, this appeal is without any merit and is accordingly dismissed”, the court said.
