JAMMU, Aug 29: Special Judge Anti Corruption Jammu Sanjeev Gupta has directed the Senior Superintendent of Police Vigilance Organization Jammu to verify the allegations leveled against Dr Mohan Singh, Mission Director, National Health Mission J&K and thereafter proceed in accordance with law.
The direction has been passed in an application moved by Arjun Singh seeking registration of FIR against Dr Mohan Singh.
“I have gone through the contents of application which reveals that very serious allegations have been leveled by the applicant against respondent”, Special Judge Anti Corruption said, adding “it is directed that SSP VOJ shall verify the truth or otherwise of these allegations and thereafter proceed in accordance with law”.
