UDHAMPUR, Sept 4: We The Human Forum for Nature and Mankind today distributed 100 COVID-19 Hygiene and Dental Kits among 80 rural women at Panchayat Mand.
Nisha Sharma, Chairman, Block Development Council, Block Tikri was chief guest on the occasion. Lalit Sharma (vice chairman of the trust) was the chief guest while Prem Singh (chief spokesperson), A K Verma (organizing secretary), dental surgeons Dr Asmita Kapoor and Dr Sonali Gupta and local PRI representatives were also present on the occasion.
The COVID-19 Hygiene kits were packed in eco friendly carry bags and were comprised of alcohol based sanitizers, disinfecting soaps, detergent soaps and face masks.
Dr Asmita Kapoor and Dr Sonali Gupta gave demonstration for maintenance of proper dental hygiene and personal hygiene, especially during the present pandemic.
Later, Dr Sonali Gupta (member, We The Human) visited Divyang Ashram near Devika Temple Udhampur and handed over 20 COVID-19 Hygiene kits to Purshottam Latyar (president of Divyang Ashram) for specially abled inmates of the Ashram.
