JAMMU, Dec 7: A COVID-19 medical cum awareness camp was organized today in the premises of Government Super Speciality Hospital (SSH), Jammu.
The camp was organized jointly by Gandhi Global Family (GGF) J&K, Indian Systems of Medicine J&K Government and Green India Foundation. The camp was dedicated to GGF advisor and living legend General (Retired) Goverdhan Singh Jamwal.
Dr Arun Sharma, Medical Superintendent (MS), SSH Jammu inaugurated the camp in the presence of GGF J&K president Dr S P Varma, senior advocate V K Magoo, Jaswinder Singh Kukoo, Dr Prem Sharma, Kawla Singh, Chodhary Kamal Singh, Younis Mattoo, Surjeet Singh Chib, Jitender Kour, Dinesh Gupta, S S Kaushal, Bashir Ahmad and dozens of serving doctors.
During the camp, AYUSH immunity boosting medicines were provided to doctors, medical staff, safai karamcharis and general public through the expert team of doctors, following all guidelines issued by the local administration.
Over 470 people were attended by Dr Sukhpreet Kour (MO), Dr Shifali Sharma (MO) and pharmacist Nishad Khajuria, during the camp. Earlier, awareness on COVID-19 was also conducted by the team of ISM doctors.
