COVID-free Ladakh reports +ve case

Within two days of being declared as Corona-free, the Union Territory of Ladakh today reported another COVID-19 positive case from Leh district.
Official sources told the Excelsior that an Iran-returned pilgrim, hailing from village Chuchot Yokma in Leh district, tested positive for the virus today.
He was under institutional quarantine at Leh and was shifted to the COVID hospital of the hilly district soon after his report was received.
The UT of Ladakh now has 44 Corona patients, 43 of whom have been successfully treated and discharged.
Ladakh hasn’t reported a single Corona casualty so far.
