REASI, Mar 21: A young operator of a crane, working with AFCON construction company, was crushed to death when the machine turned turtle and fell on him, this afternoon.
The mishap took place at Salakot near Jyotipuram when the deceased was driving the crane vehicle from Bakkal to Kori and lost control over it. The crane turned turtle and fell on the driver, resulting into his death on the spot.
The deceased was identified as Munish Kumar (32), son of Surinder Kumar of Hoshiyarpur, Punjab.
