CRC collaborates with FICCI FLO, MIET to organize awareness programme

JAMMU, Feb 20: Composite Regional Center (CRC) Jammu (Samba), in collaboration with FICCI FLO JKL and Model Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET), Jammu, here today organized an awareness programme on the occasion of World Day of Social Justice at MIET, Kot Bhalwal.
Theme of the programme was ‘Empowering Inclusion: Bridging the Gap for Social Justice’ and it featured an insightful awareness lecture by Surinder Kaur, Senior Advocate, J&K High Court, Jammu, who elaborated on the importance of social justice in achieving a more equitable society.
A total of 250 students attended the awareness programme and held discussions on the theme of social justice and inclusion.
Director CRC Jammu and Chairperson FICCI FLO JKL delivered inspiring speeches, encouraging the students to actively participate in promoting social justice within their communities.
Ruchika Gupta, Chairperson, FICCI FLO JKL, discussed the significance of World Day of Social Justice.
Dr. Rohnika Sharma, Director, CRC Jammu, highlighted the importance of social justice in creating fair and inclusive societies.
Professor (Dr.) Ankur Gupta, Director MIET appreciated the joint efforts of both FICCI FLO JKL and CRC Jammu for successful completion of this awareness programme.
Administrative Officer and Rehabilitation Officer from CRC Jammu provided valuable insights on CRC’s initiatives towards rehabilitation and social integration of people with disabilities.
The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks.
