RAJOURI, July 2: J&K Grameen Bank in collaboration of NABARD today organised a Credit-cum-Awareness camp at village Lower Nonial, Nowshera.
The camp was organised under the chairmanship of Janak Raj Angural wherein DDM NABARD, Kanav Sharma spoke at length about the various schemes of NABARD such as Farmer Clubs (FCs), Self Help Groups (SHGs) and Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
Mohd Nissar Malik, Regional Manager Rajouri and Poonch informed the participants about different loan schemes, interest rates on loan and advances in J&K Grameen Bank are one of lowest amongst the other banks.
“The Bank is extending all types of loan facilities including KCC, KCC under Animal Husbandry, Poultry & Fisheries, MSME’s and other commercial loans and has the second largest coverage in UT of J&K which covers all the remote areas of UT J&K,” he said.
About 50 sanction letters of KCC were handed over to various beneficiaries under KCC scheme by the dignitaries of the Bank.
LDM Sunil Sharma along with officials of Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Departments also participated and solved the queries of the people during the camp. They highlighted the benefits of KCC, Dairy loans and other agriculture related schemes of the Bank.
Branch Head Nowshera, ML Choudhary addressed the gathering and detailed them regarding the schemes of the Bank available on hassle free manner.
