Sir,
No amount of words spoken together can adequately express and describe the shamefulness and disgraceful act when in our streets and towns incidents of rapes and gang rapes even with the minor girls, take place. All sort of efforts by enactment of the hardest laws couldn’t so far minimise the graph of such crimes. Fie on those parents who are unable to control their beloved (children). Such heinous crimes, where the history is totally silent even during the dark age, are absolutely intolerable. The society is fundamentally responsible for such unhealthy scenes. The morality has sunk into deep earth, otherwise such shameful happenings can’t take place.
The law enforcing authorities are also unable to curb such tendencies-our youngesters have developed. Our educational system which appears entirely bereft of moral values also more or less contributes in this malice. Therefore to emancipate the society from such gruesome crimes which shake the backbone of the society, more effective and unfailing measures are needed. If the fair six is so badly harassed and humiliated, their education and development would remain as a dream. Revolutionary steps by all are indispensible if the crimes of such nature are to be reduced and eradicated.
