JAMMU, Dec 18: Special Crime Wing of Crime Branch Jammu presented charge-sheet against three accused persons in an alleged fraud and cheating case.
The charge-sheet was produced in case FIR No. 02/2022, registered under section 420, 465, 471, 468, 120-B RPC at Police Station Crime Branch, Jammu after investigation into a written complaint lodged against accused Kulbir Singh who sold a piece of land to the complaint for Rs 15 lakhs, but could not provide genuine documents and possession of the land.
After a thorough investigation, the case was finally proved against the accused person namely Kulbir Singh and his associate Babu Singh of Sidher, R S Pura Jammu. A team of Special Crime Wing of Crime Branch Jammu produced the accused persons before the Court of Sub- Judge Special Mobile Magistrate Jammu and presented the charge-sheet for judicial determination.
The case has been investigated by Inspector, Nisar Ahmad under the close supervision of Sanjay Parihar, SSP Crime Branch (SCW) Jammu.
