JAMMU, May 4: Police arrested a criminal along with sharp-edged weapon from Daljeet Chowk area, falling under the jurisdiction of RS Pura police station.
As per police sources, a team from RS Pura police station laid a naka near Daljeet Chowk and arrested a notorious criminal along with sharp-edged weapon.
The accused has been identified as Mukesh Kumar, son of Jeet Raj, a resident of Ward Number 4, RS Pura
He was involved in various cases registered with different police stations.
A fresh case under FIR Number 63/16 under Section 4/25 Arms Act has been registered against the accused at RS Pura police station and further investigation is going on.
