JAMMU, Dec 13: A 5 days tour programme (Bharat Darshan Tour) under Civic action programme was organized by 160 battalion CRPF at BCS Camp, Nagrota. The tour started from Jammu to Ahmedabad (Gujarat) via New Delhi by train and will be back on 17/12/2023. The opening ceremony of the tour was attended by Hariom Khare, Commandant. Angom Naresh Singh 2-I/C, Dinesh Kumar Sharma, DC & Rana Pratap Singh, Dy. Commandant of 160 BN CRPF alongwith others.
In this tour, 15 students along with 12 teaching staffs of Govt Girls Model HSS Kandoli, Nagrota, Jammu participated. Students will visit some important places in Ahmedabad Kankaria Lake, Swaminarayan Temple, Science City, Animal Zoo, Sabarmati Ashram etc. and in New Delhi they will tour Laxmi Narayan Temple, Qutab Minar, Red Fort, Rajghat, Lotus Temple, India Gate and Shri Balaji Mandir for sightseeing and educational awareness purpose.
