Srinagar, July 24: A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel died on Monday when a moving train hit him in Jammu Kashmir’s Anantnag district, officials said.
The deceased CRPF man was identified as 44-year-old Ravinder Kumar of C company 96 Battalion.
The CRPF man was on duty when he was hit by the train at Sadura area off south Kashmir this morning and suffered serious injuries.
He was immediately shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag for treatment where he succumbed. (Agencies)
