NEW DELHI, July 29: Crude palm oil fell 0.47 per cent to Rs 421.90 per 10 kg in futures trade today, amid profit-booking by participants at existing higher levels.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude palm oil for delivery in August traded lower by Rs 2, or 0.47 per cent to Rs 421.90 per 10 kg in a business turnover of 138 lots.
The oil for delivery in July shed Rs 1.60, or 0.37 per cent to Rs 423.10 per 10 kg in 63 lots.
Analysts said besides profit-booking by speculators at prevailing higher levels, sluggish demand at the spot market, influenced crude palm oil prices in futures trade. (PTI)
