JAMMU, Dec 17: The State Government has framed a three- members screening committee headed by Chief Secretary B R Sharma to consider and assess the suitability of eligible officers for promotion to various scales of IAS.
Official sources said that Chief Secretary will be the chairman of the committee while two other members are- B B Vyas, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Principal Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment. The Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department shall attend the meetings of the Committee as special invitee.
