JAMMU, Dec 27: Chand-igarh University (CU) organized a career counselling programme at Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar here today to help students in taking right decision in choosing career.
The presentation session was delivered by the Head of the Department, Sandeep Salhotra.
Audio and video clips on various career options and their future prospects were shown to the Chandigarh students.
Speaking on the occasion, Karan Kapoor, Regional Manager said that selection of right career is one of the most important and life changing decision in student’s life and if it is not taken seriously, it may result in lifetime regret.
Sandeep spoke at length on the necessity to make goal in life with determination and judicious use of time by the students.
About 1223 students participated in the counselling session.
Rameshwar Mengi, Principal of the institute hailed this step of the University for organizing such type of programmes.
