Srinagar : Authorities imposed curfew in Srinagar city following killing of a youth in in old city area of Srinagar this afternoon in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) firing.
Police said that CRPF men opened fire near Saidpora killing a youth Altaf Hussain. Police said that CRPF men were on way to hospital to donate blood for the injured CRPF men when stones were thrown at their vehicle and in retaliation they fired.
The Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Baseer Khan said here that indefinite curfew has been imposed in Srinagar city.
